ClockOut/Beta
Crew invoicing that survives an audit.
Per-member invoicing with org-level admin oversight. Members log shifts with line-item math and OT splits; admins receive, approve, and pay — every version frozen as an immutable snapshot.
Built for the way crews actually invoice
Spreadsheets work until two people edit the same row. Email works until someone forgets to attach the PDF. ClockOut replaces both with a system every shop can rely on — without making anyone stop using the rates and rules they already have.
Line-item invoicing with math built-in
Each shift is a colored line: hours × rate, with full math input — type "8 + 2.5" and it works. Drag to reorder, duplicate to copy a long week. Presets save your standard rates per role so a load-in day takes seconds, not minutes.
Per-org overtime rules
Configure regular/1.5×/2× thresholds once at the org level — ClockOut splits each line automatically and shows the OT lift on every total. Different rules for different production companies; members never have to remember.
Immutable Send snapshots
Hit send and the invoice is frozen as a versioned snapshot. Need to fix a typo? Resend creates v2 — the original stays in the record. Every approval, payment, and rejection ties back to a specific version, so the audit trail can't drift.
Admin oversight, member autonomy
Admins see the monthly roll-up across the whole org: pending invoices, totals paid, who's behind on time entry. Members get their own dashboard with YTD earnings, last paid date, and a clean list of recent sends. No spreadsheets, no email threads.
PDFs and attachments tied to the record
Generate invoice PDFs and monthly reports straight from the app. Attach payment receipts, ACH confirmations, or check images directly to a Send so the proof of payment lives next to the invoice — not in a Google Drive folder somewhere.
Built into the Mantaglow account
Same login, same org, same crew as the rest of the platform. Members you've already invited to LoadOut, ShowCall, or PixelGrid can be granted ClockOut access in a click — no separate billing system to maintain.
Who it's for
Designed around the production companies, rental houses, and small touring outfits that pay a rotating crew of freelancers — and have to keep clean records of who got paid, when, for what.
Production companies
Pay 5–50 freelance crew per show. Need clean records of who worked what, OT splits computed correctly, and proof of payment filed against the right invoice version. No more "did we pay Joe for the strike on the 14th?"
Freelance crew
Stop building the same Excel sheet for every gig. Save your rates as presets, drag in line items per day, send a professional PDF. See your YTD earnings in one place — handy come tax time, painless every time you submit.
Production accountants
Monthly roll-up by member, by project, by status. Pull a PDF report at month-end. Every invoice ties to a frozen version, every payment to a specific send — no untangling edits from after-the-fact.
