Each cue carries its own notes for audio, video, lighting, graphics, stage and any department you add. Drag to reorder, bulk edit and undo.

Share a link that opens without a login, filtered to one department if you want. Set an expiry and a use limit, or revoke it.

The link opens the live show on any phone: the cue on air, its countdown and what's next, with only that department's notes.

Questions

Does the crew need an account?

No. Crew open your share link, type their name and pick a department. Links can expire, cap their uses or be revoked.

Can I import my spreadsheet rundown?

Yes. Import CSV, Excel or pasted text, then map the columns, including one column per department.

Does it work with Stream Deck?

Yes, through the ShowCall module for Bitfocus Companion. You can download it from inside ShowCall.

Does it need internet?

Yes. The caller and the crew stay in sync over the internet, so everyone needs a connection.
