Project stages

Every project moves through Prep, Pack, Load, Show, Unload and Return, and each stage has its own workspace, so nothing skips ahead. Try it: scan the cases through, pick a truck on load, and flag one for repair on the way back.

Barcode scanning

Any USB or Bluetooth scanner that types into the browser works, with a flash and a beep on each scan. Scan gear into a specific truck, then scan it back in.

Pack several trucks per project in 3D with one-click auto-pack, stacking rules, load order and weight per truck. Cases come from your own gear list.

Warehouse transfers

Check-in, check-out and transfers keep stock right when kit travels. Cases know what's inside, and the contents move with the case.

Send each crew member a phone-friendly link with the schedule, roster, flights, hotels, rental cars, files and a venue map.

Build quotes from your inventory and keep every version. When the approved quote changes, see what's new and what conflicts with the live gear list, and pick which side wins.

Questions

Can I import my existing inventory?

Yes, from a Lasso CSV export. LoadOut can also build a project from a Lasso packsheet.

Does it work with barcode scanners?

Yes. Any USB or Bluetooth scanner that types into the browser works, with a flash and a beep on each scan. Phone camera scanning isn't built in.

Do I need TruckPack as well?

No. The 3D truck planner is built into LoadOut and packs from your LoadOut gear.

Can my team work at the same time?

Yes. Changes show up live for everyone, and avatars show who is looking at which project.
