When Current RMS is the better choice

  • You need invoices to flow into QuickBooks Online or Xero.
  • Your crew scan gear with their own phones. LoadOut needs a USB or Bluetooth scanner.
  • You schedule people, vehicles and rooms as bookable services alongside gear.
  • You bill in GBP, EUR, AUD or ZAR.

When LoadOut fits better

  • You have a warehouse crew who scan but don't edit, and you don't want to pay $52.50 a month for each of them.
  • You plan truck packs and want them built from the same gear list.
  • You run LED and want wall plans (PixelGrid) on the same account.
